My Story

Hi there. I'm Dan. I am, among other things, an IT professional, a gamer, a singer (a tenor), an historian, a conlanger & conworlder (ask. it's just easier), kind of a nerd (kind of?), and a cook. I love history (preferably medieval or ancient Greek), Monarchic History (especially British), linguistics, computers (although I'm not a "tech geek" by any stretch of the term), genealogy, gaming (tabletop or online), and more. I've recently become very attracted to the whole "tiny house" movement. I love the idea of living more of a life in less space. And if I can figure out how to do it without having to give up my library... hrm.....

I can be very easily described by using the word "shy". Of course, my friends would phrase that as "chicken shit shy" and, if I'm honest, they're pretty right. I'm TERRIBLE at making the first move. So any help you can provide there would be lovely.
