Wet Hot American Summer
Wet Hot American Summer was a movie that was release in 2001 that features Paul Rudd, Molly Shannon, Amy Poehler, Bradley Copper to name a few. The movie is based on the last day of a fictional Jewish summer camp in 1981 located near Waterville, Maine, where a group of counselors try to complete their unfinished business by trying to have a romantic encounter with another person at Camp Firewood before the day ends. The summer ends in a talent show where Ben, Bradley Cooper’s character, tries to produce and choreograph the greatest talent show Camp Firewood has ever seen. The movie Wet Hot American Summer was a commercial and critical flop back in 2001. It has since became a popular and has a cult following.
Netflix has created an eight-episode limited series with it’s original cast, starring Bradley Cooper to reprise his role as Ben, a gay camp counsellor.
