Another year is ending and this is the time when everyone reflects on what has happened and how far they have come. Of course the big news this year is that finally gay marriage has been legalized in the USA. We have accomplishments to celebrate.

So many times with friends and family have passed. So many holidays have went by. Sometimes it’s hard to remember all that happened in a year. Think of all the shows you watched, people you saw, clothes you wore, hours you worked, music you listened to and books you read.

Time goes by so quick and sometimes it’s great to take a moment and reflect on how things have changed from a year ago.

You might have found love and heartbreak but there’s always more people out there… ones you haven’t even met yet waiting to meet you and you’re waiting to meet them.

You can start goals and have fresh beginnings anytime but this is now and when it kicks into gear. Whether it’s working out, new hobbies or looking for a new relationship you have the power to do it and we’ll help by finding you friends close by as well as dates.

So take a moment to take a step forward you can always go back but taking that chance is what’s important. Pick up the phone, sign up for that class, send the first message and just be present in life.

Last year was your year and this one is too. I hope that you take the time to love yourself and give others the freedom to love themselves. We’re all working on doing the best for us and it’s important that we all nourish bonds and work on being the best and moving up.
