Colton Haynes’s Comes Out as Gay
Colton Haynes was born in Andale, Kansas on July 13, 1988. His became an actor, model and musician and has been in movies such as Transformers (2007), San Andreas with Dwayne Johnson (2015).
He played a hunky lacrosse player named Jackson Whittemore on Teen Wolf and later left the show to play act on CW’s Arrow. He said in an interview why he left the CW show.
“I asked to step away because I cared more about my mental and physical health than my career at the time. I’ve had terminal anxiety my entire life. Physically ill, fainting. I’m 27 years old, and I have an ulcer. I had to step back.”
Colton Haynes portrayed Roy Harper/Arsenal in a recurring-guest star role in the first season of Arrow. In season one he was introduced as Thea Queen’s love interest. He later played a lead role on the following two seasons of Arrow. He appeared in one episode of the fourth season called “Unchained”. It is reported that he is returning for season five for several episodes.
He also played son to Rob Lowe’s character in Fox’s The Grinder in 2016. He has been in many television shows, music videos and he did the voice over for Thor for the video game Marvel Avengers Academy. Colton started up an online show where he sells mens and womens clothing.
Colton Haynes recently came out as gay back in January after making headlines on Tumblr. He posted:

Colton wasn’t ready to come out and later checked himself into a rehab center for anxiety, and was in and out of the hospital for a few months. He states that he is in a better place now in his life. He is happier and healthier than he has ever been.
